Standard servicing involves vacuuming and washing filters, flushing drain pipes, and clearing surface dust from coils. A chemical wash or overhaul is recommended for older or severely clogged units where fan coils require chemical flushing to dissolve stubborn mould and grease buildup.
Why is my air conditioner leaking water inside the room?
Water leakage is usually caused by a clogged condensation drain pipe, mould buildup in the drainage tray, or dirty fan coils restricting airflow. Our general servicing flushes the drainage pipe and clears the tray to solve common leakage issues.
Are your cleaning agents safe for young children and pets?
Yes, absolutely. We utilise non-toxic, Green Label-certified anti-bacterial solutions that contain no harsh fumes or corrosive chemicals, making them completely safe for indoor air quality.
Will refrigerant (gas) top-up be included in the general servicing?
Refrigerant levels do not deplete under normal sealed operation unless there is a system leak. During general servicing, we check pressure levels and will inform you if a gas top-up or leak inspection is needed.
Do I need to clear the space under my aircon units before technicians arrive?
We kindly request homeowners to clear lightweight furniture, electronics, or personal items directly underneath the indoor fan coil units so our technicians can place protective water catchments and ladders safely.
