We recommend treating it on a yearly basis to keep your marble shine at its maximum. If you can’t make it every year, do it at least every 3 years.

Marble floor is best cleaned with water. To keep the cleanliness and shine of your marble floor mop it weekly with a damp cloth. Secondly, neutral PH detergent is your second alternatives if water is not enough. Never use acidic cleaning products as they will ruin your marble flooring. Most importantly, be sure to clean it immediately of any incident or spoilage to prevent staining on your marble.

Cleaning and maintaining tile are very easy. Wipe or vacuum before mopping the floor for every day cleaning. It is to prevent dirt and debris from scratching your floor when mopping. When it’s time to mop, we suggest a warm water with a neutral detergent mix. Follow the manufacturer’s instruction on the label. Your tile shines even better when you mop with warm water with a floor cleaning product. Don’t use wax, polishes, or even abrasive tools such as metal scouring pads or hard bristle brushes.

To get best results, you should clean your floor approximately 2–3 times a week. Using a mild detergent, a mop or a rag to clean tiles. Always select the detergent that is suitable and especially intended for ceramic tiles.

To treat the dirt and stain between your tiles in the grouting area use a special grout cleaning formula and a hand brush.

  1. Don’t use vinyl and other tiles care products on your wooden floors.
  2. Wooden floor enemy is water. Don’t ever use a wet mop on wooden floor because standing water will stain and damage the wood.
  3. If spills occur in the incident, wipe them up immediately using a slightly dampened towel.
  4. Dust mop, sweep or vacuum your wood floor often.
